Our practice does not currently accept any insurance.

Visits are paid by the patient at the time of the visit. Our billing company can submit the charges electronically and any amounts collected from the insurance company over what we have billed them will be refunded to the patient.

We do require a deposit to reserve an appointment as a new patient. This deposit is fully refundable if we are given at least two business days’ notice.

Most of the tests Dr. Eklund orders are covered by insurance. Exact insurance coverage depends on the tests performed and the details of the particular insurance coverage.
